I am doing experiments in topological insulators, I need to simulate magnetoresistance to explain low field (~0.2T) oscillations seen in the system due to charge carrier compensation and pinning of the Fermi level at the Dirac point. I could observe temperature dependent ambipolar effect in this topological system.

WannierTools can calculate ordinary magnetoresistance only when Fermi surface presents. If it’s an insulator or semiconductor with an energy gap, then WannierTools can’t handle it.
By the way, WannierTools can’t give you the dHvA or sdH ossilations since it’s related to the Landau level which is not considered in our formalism of MR.
