Dear Dr. Wu, I found a strange problem when calculating topological phonons with WannierTools. It tells me that "there is something wrong with Hamk_bulk". I do not know how to solve this problem because when I look into the tight-binding Hamiltonian there is too many terms. Could you please share me some insights?
