Dear Dr. QuanSheng

I hope you are doing well. I am doing Wannier charge center calculation for kz=0 and kz=0.5 plane” , my calculations show that z2=1 for kz=0 and z2=0 for kz=0.5 . My problem is related to wcc plot for kz=0, when I plot wanniercenter3D_Z2_5.dat , I can’t understand that z2=1 for this plane. I am sure about the calculations and also every parameter in wt.in file. Could you please see the plot and let me know about your opinion.
